The Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard was founded by the Tantaros family in 2012 when they purchased the land. They began to plant the vineyard in 2014 and added their second set two years later in 2016. The family incorporates their Greek heritage into their winemaking and cultivating. At the young age of 20, Angelo Tantaros left his family's vineyard in Greece to pursue his dream in America.
